Al Dive (Dominica)

Welcome to ALDive & W.A.T.E.R sports we are a small family owned operation. Even though our operation is the newest one on the island we are made up of some of the most experienced marine personel on the island.

William A. Lawrence (Billy) is the managing director and has been involved in the industry in Dominica since 1992. He maintains a solid list of dive-related certifications, making him a leader in the dive industry on an international level, including:

PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and Specialty Instructor
NAUI Scuba Instructor
Universal Referral Instructor
IANTD Gas Blender and Nitrox Instructor
DAN Oxygen Provider Instructor
Emergency First Response Instructor.
IFAW and WDCS trained Whale and Dolphin Watching Guide. Hyperbaric Technician Trainer.

His wife Samantha is a director and the executive secretary. Together they have four daughters with ages ranging from 15 years old to one years old.

Weldon Lawrence is Billy's younger bother and is the auditing director of the company.He is the "residential dive master" because he lives on the property.He is an international Maritime STCW trained seaman and a PADI Divemaster.

"Big Dave" Fabien (aka Puumba) is a Divemaster and the main activities co-ordinator of ALDive & W.A.T.E.R.Sports Inc.

Our Mission
